Hi folks.
Is it possible to re-magnetize the magnet on a Garrard 401? Or is it a case of once its had its day that's it? Seems many people have Garrards that run too fast due to the magnets losing strength. Would be nice to know if this can be rectified or not. Cheers, - John |

Hi John
Have you tried ADDING a small 5x5 cylindrical magnet to retard the works? After this, you may (if it's an oil bearing 'table) try using a thicker oil. bulgin |
