Default Definitive Tutorial For Newbies?

What is the definitive tutorial for analog newbies. Stuff like: arm setup, cartridge alignment, record care, etc.

Have you tried a search on this forum? Even if your arm is different, a search for RB250 will undoubtedly turn up something, similarly record cleaning.
