First of all a happy new year to everybody on DIYaudio
I am having some troubles with this cart, due to the weight of it. I would like to try it with an RB300, but it won't balance as it weighs in at nearly twelve grammes. At present it's in a Sumiko/Jelco heavy arm and sounds rather nice, hopefully the Rega will sound better if i can get enough weight on the back end. Failing this has anyone any suggestions as to a suitable arm. cheers, Peter. |

Rega used to market extra heavy tungsten weights for use with
a.o. Koetsu en Kiseki cartridges. They were expensive (~US$100). Maybe you can track one down at your side of the globe?
