Default AT95E/SUT Input capacitance

AT95E users, do you find the cart sensitive to input capacitance? If so, what kind of capacitances do you load it at? If no, then I suppose it's great without any additional capacitance loading from the phono stage?

On another note, when using step-ups for MCs on MM only phono stages, what do you set your input capacitance to be, or just remove it?

pls advice, thanks!
