I've got a TD-115 that works just great, but needs a new cartridge. It's got a B&O cartridge on it right now that seems OK but I'd like to replace it. Anyone have a recommendation as to the best cartridge (under $200) for it? I was thinking a Grado Prestige...thoughts?
Also, is there a way to adjust the tone arm damper? It doesn't seem to go down all the way, and with the current B&O cartridge set at the right height (I think) the arm rests slightly on the damper and has a tendency to skip because of it. |

Hi,
download the service manual here. http://www.vinylengine.com/library_m...ed_model=TD115 The height is adjustable via a allen grub screw from behind. The arm is low mass and structurally needs a high compliance cartridge. The Audio Technica AT120E/T, Ortofon OM20 or a Grado Prestige could all work well depending on system matching preferences. |

Could I just ask why not the AT-440mlA?
