I have a Toshiba TC9152P 5-input (stereo) selector IC that has one input failed. Never saw this before but 4 signals come through the chip fine but one goes to +15vDC. Anyway, I can't find anything bigger than a 4-input. Anyone know of a part number (or even a brand). Audio quality needs to be high as it's for an Adcom GTP-500 high-end (but older) pre-amp.

I don't know the quality in audiophile terms, but if you are looking for an analog switch, there is a part from Maxim: MAX397 that maybe interest you. I haven't tried it yet.

Thanks for the suggestion Raka, but the original chip is a DIP24 and the MAX397 is a DIP28 (lots of other things would also make it very hard to use in the circuit).
