I am looking forward to build this nice RelaiXedPassive -- audio attenuator.

I can get the pcb boards made, But have no experience with programming. Kindly guide as how to get this device programmed and running.
And also how to find or make a proper remote control for this device.
I will be using this as simple 4 input and 1 output mode. This device also offers Balanced input, But I have no idea what balanced input is and how it works.
A proper user manual is provided through a link on same page.

About the Balanced mode, please re-read the manual on the top of page 4 it states:
Also, you should note that this design does NOT offer left-right balance control, which is provided by the balanced Relaixed preamplifiers.
I had some interest in the design myself, but was put of a that time by the requirement to solder SMD components.
Sorry no tips on programming or IR sender devices.
