its my first post on here , forgive me -- I would like ask your help about the Cello Audio Suite preamp (around 1988?)
My question is : Is it possible to use in the same Cello Suite mainframe the Basic output card B-301 together with the Premium output card P-301 ? (for the bi-amp) In the original Cello Suite ownner's manual is written : "Premium and basic input modules may be used together in the same mainframe. However, Premium and Basic output modules may not. " but they did not clarify which is the reason (maybe because with use together the Basic and Premium output cards the sound quality degrade ?)

It would appear the cabling is different
"The Premium modules use 3-pin Fischer connectors for the highest quality balanced
line input and output connectors. The Basic modules utilize high quality RCA connec-
tors."
