Phono stage power supply

Here is a schematic

Take the lower half of the sch. i.e. split it along the C14 to 35.6V line.
That lone is the +35.6Vdc supply and all the _ are the zero volts connections.

Note there is a DC blocking capacitor on the input and on the output.
There is also a half voltage bias generated by R25&R26 to bring the circuit upto correct operating voltages.

You can remove that bias string and make this input your notional zero volts line. The supply then becomes +18Vdc . R68 connects to -18Vdc.
I think this circuit will have a very variable output offset.
That will make the output DC blocking capacitor compulsory.
In effect the output offset stability ruins all the efforts to convert to a dual polarity supply.
