Crimson 610 C Preamp low Output

Hi
I have a crimson preamp 610C. At 186 mV Output Voltage is the Preamp clipping. Voltage on Power Rail is +-9-10V. Is this enough?

Problem solved by myself: the 2 Output Transistors J112 failed.
