Default Circuit for subwoofer crossover 25Hz to 250Hz

Can anybody provide me the schematic for the following PCB?
I tried for the sources but couldnt get the circuit.

Get this one of him instead, all values are on the board.

18Hz-200Hz Active Subwoofer filter circuit NE5532 - Electronics Projects Circuits

I built a few parametric eq years ago out a popular electronics article.

It is SVF design, that is great for this sort of application.

As Rod says
"Not another crossover!" - I can almost hear the cries of anguish .
The popular electronics model has the luxury of "Q" control.
I have some of these parts still hanging around, no pcb's however at this time unless I have enough interest.

This is the one I use, buffers before and after the 24db xover circuit.
