Default Adding a DAC to tube mixer

I have a modified four channel Dukane 2A40B mixer that has upgraded with high end Western Electric line transformers. All of the electrolytics have late 80's dates and the signal caps are upgrades too. In short it's an extremely nice sounding and dead quiet mixer. I'd place it next to mixers costing much more money.

I'd like to increase its flexibility for project studio use by adding digital capabilities on the output. Does anyone know of an existing product or a DIY kit that I could take the 600 ohm mono output and use it as a USB input to a computer?

I have an AKAI EIE but I'm afraid to plug in an amplified signal into it. It works great for what it was designed for. I'm looking for something on the back end of the mixer.

Thanks
