There were a few GAS MM phono boards. Unfortunately I only have schematics for two late model versions. But I do have the setup procedures for the 223, 323, 333, and 523 early boards. The only real difference is the bias setting for the Thaedra 2. Set R9 for a bias of 1 volt across the 51 ohm resistor, R20, and 1 volt across the other 51 ohm resistor, R19.
