I have a 1989 Quatro Soho tube preamp The Plastic front input jack broke. I saw it had 9 pins...I found a 9 pin but it is made of Metal, and the one I have is a "Cliff "type made of plastic...What I worry about is it grounding or shorting It mounts to the face of the preamp face plate ,It is not mounted to the board....This type of jack was used alot in the late 1980's...Marshall used them for there 900 and 9001 series preamps ...The Pre amp is based off of the Kitty Hawk Quatro Any advise?
