Default looking for programmable eq chip / pcba module ??

looking to build or even buy an inexpensive audio eq/dsp chip or pcba that will allow me to set an eq curve preferably parametric eq , even thou graphic eq will do just fine if it has around 10 bands.

so it can be programmed and "set and forget".

i thought there might be some with usb port so i can set the eq with a pc thru usb port but couildnt find cheap ones like that.

preferably with analog in and out (so i guess with built in a-d-a converters).
