Default Modding My ADC SS100-SL Equalizer

I'd like to start a re-cap on this ADC Equalizer I have and I noticed it uses the MC4558 opamps.
I have read many poor comments about the quality of these opamps and I was wondering about a modern replacement.
Obviously recapping this thing will be pretty self explanatory but there are some tricky bits in here that will be interesting.

Thanks

The MC4558 datasheet says it's pin compatible to the MC1458/LM358 opamps, are their any modern opamps that would be better?
