Here's my approach for empowering some Sennheiser 300ohm phones, belonging to a friend of mine which got bored from various SS and VS solutions. I don't have the audiophile vocabulary with me today but his smile worth a thousand words. Since I took the trouble of designing and winding the transformers I thought that making the setup more versatile wouldn't hurt... I'm planing to add another output, more or less 1:1 with the primary for driving bigger tubes (>70-90Vrms)
I attached also some measurements of the input transformer (permalloy), yes, the measurements are real!
