Default AUS: Alpha 20/10 Preamp & Sigma 22 Builder Required

Hey folks

I am useless at DIY when it concerns electronics. And I am wanting to get a Alpha 10 Preamp (The α10 Stereo Pre-amplifier) and Sigma 22 PSU (The σ22 Regulated Power Supply) built locally. Where on earth do I start? I can get a BOM and sort out materials (or pay for procurement) but building/soldering etc is the main issue.

Anyone trustworthy I can contact here in Oz (Australia) or possibly more local still in Townsville if anyone knows somebody. I'm taking the DIY acronym to heart and asking someone to "Do it Yourself" for me (for a fee of course).

I've been given 3 good contacts in the states but with the poor aussie dollar and the distance for freight, I wanted to check locally before I consider any offshore help.
