MF nuvista source selector problem again

hello.
My friend/ coworker has this nuvista pre and it keeps eating alps sorceselectors
He went to a repairshop 3 years ago and changed the selector cause 1 channel dropped out.

now hw has the same problem..... I opened the pre and it seems that it actually is replaced. I cleaned the selector and blew it with compressed air.

Is this a known problem?
where can i get a new selector? (motorized)

any tips.. r welcome
