Update . Now I have exactly 6db .
More , I decided to use LME49720HA for unbalanced input , and LME49710HA for Dc Servo .

Hi,

still too many OPamps and paralleling. I still iss to get the point.
One could probbabely build a reall fine sounding Pre with discrete parts at a lower parts number count.

For the power supplies I´d change the position of the Gyrator-Regs and the integrated Regs. First stabilize and then Filter.
You might also think about CFP-Gyrators - see Keantoken´s thread.
They seem to offer extremely low output impedance over most of their wide working range. Better at least than the integrated Regs would offer.

I agree, you don't a separate op amp for each source. You only need 4 op amps for two channels balanced. You don't really need a buffer and then separate gain stage either, unless you just don't want the source driving a volume control.
