Here is my Christmas project: audio analyzer, still under construction. All sources come from Project 136

Could you please tell what is the total cost and power consumption of this project?

The total cost is round about 100 Euro without PCBs. It needs 2 PSU. 8V for LEDs (apr. 3...3,5A) and +/- 15V for preamplifier (150 mA). But only if you can produce your own PCBs.

Could you please share your experience, observation, opinion, the problem you faced, or the tweaks you did when you have time ( without violating the strict copyright of ESP site of course :D )?

Here are a few components. Power supply for 8V with stabilization with Zener diode and 2N3055, + / -15 V power supply with LM317/337 and preamplifier.
When I assembled everything, I can report.
