check that pin 3 IC1A and the input connectors all have a ground connection as per (3 BAND EQ ) schematic .

I compared the schematic and the PCB I made.

They seem to be correct after I fixed my initial mistake as pointed out by Bobo.

But still I will check it again as per your suggestion and report you back.

You are right!

It is finally solved now. I had to interconnect ground tracks. My bad mistake.

Now everything is working fine. I checked with output from cell phone, mp3 player, CD player, PC... all.
