unbalanced to balanced 4 ch kit

I'm looking for a neat kit that will give me a balanced output from an unbalanced input. Has to be 12v powered and be CHEAP!

This is all because my SAAB needs a balanced input to the amp but the aftermarket head units do not have this.

I was thinking of a ground loop isolator but I don't know if that would work, so a kit that uses a DRV134 chip or similar would be great.

I'm in the UK so I have to consider postage too!

4 transformers
And they don't need 12V power, they don't need a PCB, they don't need much knowledge, they don't need extra components.
That makes them cheap and easy.

So a Ground Loop Isolator will work then?

Will this work? I know there are cheaper but this is a good example.

Or will I have to make my own? I don't mind making my own as I need to make sure I get a 6db or so gain too. (I loose 6db if I use the straight unbalanced output from the head unit)
