Default Broskie Unbalancer - manual query?

Knowing that JB is busy servicing a probable 2000 emails per day - I thought I'd turn to you folks for an answer on an interpretation of a diagram in one of his manuals.

The page in question is attached.

My H+ is 12.6V dc.

For V1 and V2 I am using 6CG7

For V3 and V4 I am using 12BH7

In his manual he notes that this configuration would require J2, J4 and J5 - however the diagram suggests J2, J4 and J6.

Is anyone able to comment - is the text in the attachment simply a typo?
