Sure, of course. You use a pair of buffer units, one for the positive and one for the negative phase of the balanced signal.

Ok great. So, if I get it, for each channel two boards.
For one channel. Pre XLROut+ to Buffer1IN+. PreXLROut- to Buffer2IN+. And then, XLROutGnd to Buffer1IN- and Buffer2IN- ??
Then from Buffer1Out+ to AmpIN+, Buffer2Out+ to AmpIN-, and the Buffer1Out-/Buffer2Out- to Amp Gnd ??

What is the output impedance of your buffers?

That connection scheme seems right to me.

The output impedance, for the line drivers at least, are 47 ohms defined by the series output resistor. It can be made lower, as when they are used as headphone drivers.
