Default Adcom GFP-565 Input Selector

The input selector dial on my GFP-565 seems to require cleaning. I know that the switches are actually on the middle of the pcb and are controlled by mechanical ribbon triggers like in the attached photo. How do I go about cleaning these? Is it possible?
