Schematic For Vendetta Xover

The Vendetta crossover is very difficult to IMPROVE. It already has Rel. polystyrenes (I think), open loop fet followers (5566), but you could 'improve' the quad op amp, which is a quad fet input TLO-74, I think. I have the schematic around here somewhere. If you have fax receive capability, I could fax it to you.

Thanks for the replay John. I have admired you work for many years and consider you one of the classic designer. I had one of the Xovers many years ago and fool that I am I sold it to a friend (to save him from dying from lust) I seem to remember the Rel polys, have a friend, who owned Precision Audio Supply who used to supply me with hermetically sealed teflons. They are no longer made but the new Solen teflons are reportedly better in many respects. Do you think they would be better in this application. I am more interested in improving the high end section as I mainly listen to classical and am a soundstaging fanatic. I will of course follow your advice. Who would know more? I do not have a fax connection, only computer. Perhaps one of our members would volunteer to convert a fax to GIF or some other digital format. I remember you disatrous house fire and sent my condolences having gone thru a similar situation, flooding not fire. Do you know Jerry Foreman of PAS?
