is this a balanced input preamp? help m please?

please help me this is the schematic of my nad preamp input stage. i am confused as the input jacks are single ended but i read the schematic is balanced? am i right as im planning to connect a balanced output dac to preamp stage...can somebody explained it confused: this to me...

header on left side gives some info about bal in , unbal out but I can't say nothing more without proper schm

ok sorry about that...here is the whole picture of the preamp...can i connect for example the wm8741 out put directly with the circuit preamp input. look closely please...thank you
