Is this a rhetorical question? You do realize there's no such thing as a best "anything" don't you? Are you looking for solid state or valve? How many inputs? Do you want tone controls? Processor loops? Do you need it to drive long cable runs? Balanced or single ended? What all do you want it to do? Info man, we need more info! ;)

Well, it's not a kit per se but it's the same as the original Borbely Super Buffer which is fantastic.

Ordering parts is easy and there are a few guys selling matched pairs/sets of the jfets you'd need here on diyaudio.

Not much out there that is "better" than that Borbely circuit.

I thought K&K would be a better choice ?
