12az7a phono stage-12ay7a line stage
Has anyone ever listen to a 12az7a phono stage and -or a 12ay7a line stage...My parts are ready and I`m good to go.I maybe a ``nut``but even a nut needs to be cracked... once in a while.

Ex perimentation...I`ve settled with 2-7025 `s each channel with one paralleled per channel-audio -press 03-01 plus 12ay7 and for low impedance 12au7a.I presume what you are thinking.TOO many tubes...My amplifier is also inspired from audio-press..sept 2001 article from a mr spencr. Needs A LOT of gain before you get there .6550 single-ended amp It really performs when the volts are there...
