Default Cascaded Notch filters

Hi,
I need to filter 50Hz hum from supply and 100kHz from switched mode regulator before the signal enters a very sensitive amplifier. I though I use two notch filters, each for filtering one frequency. Will it make a difference which frequency I filter first?

thanks
