Need to convert a Linar preamp from 220V to 120V

I have just acquired a Linar model 2 preamplifier that is configured for 220V.
I can see that it is using a dual primary toroid, but I am not 100% certain about how to go about reconfiguring it for 120V.
It looks like the primaries are wired in parallel.
I have attached a couple of pics to illustrate my situation.
The white and orange are connected to the hot and the black and brown are connected to the neutral.
Any help is appreciated. I will call Linar as soon as I can to confirm, however it is my impatience that is creating this post.

The bared wire is my doing, for the picture.
They were taped up. I will be replacing the tape with heat shrink.
I think you are right about the conversion already being done.
I have no way of contacting the previous owner to be sure.
My understanding is that the primaries are paralleled for 110V and in series for 220V.
I know I need to brush up on power supplies, I've been lazy.
