Default Have I ruined my V&L systems EC3 -vintage- active crossover??

I own two old V&L systems EC3 active crossovers.
But as i was trying to clean them and measure them, i did something stupid.
I tried to measure between these points (marked red and black), but i did it on the 'unfused' input on the multimeter:

Now the unit doesn't power on and i really don't know how i can fix it.
Anybody any ideas on where to start? or what to replace?
Can't find anything on the brand V&L systems, only thing i know is that it was a little Belgian manufacturer.
Here are some pics of the crossover:

Fuse or circuit breaker (whichever the unit uses).
