Hi friends. I draw a pcb for 10 band equalizer schematic.what do you think about this pcb?? grounding is ok??

Looks nice! Your layout seems OK. I would mover the part designators (ie R1, R2....) from underneath the parts to the side of the part. This way they are ledgible after assembly. Why the jaggy red (top layer?) lines in the middle? Also I would route all the pot connections to one side for easier assembly. Rotate CON2 so wires exit to fewer sides
This is a cut-only EQ generally used in room eqalization. Personally, I prefer each third filter to go to a different op-amp for a different combining effect.
Well, you didn't ask for all that, but sumtimes I ramble...

top layer is used for input signal of filters. thanks for advices for part routings
