How to calculate capacitor values for fully parametric EQ?

hey all-

I came across this design for a fully parametric EQ that I will use for the mixer on this site: Simple, Easy Parametric and Graphic EQ's, Plus Peaks and Notches

The only thing I can't seem to figure out is what are the capacitor values I should use for my frequency bands? I have an idea in mind as to the frequency values (five band EQ):

Band 1: 50 Hz-225 Hz
Band 2: 200 Hz-900 Hz
Band 3: 800 Hz-3.6 K
Band 4: 2K-9K
Band 5: 4.2K-19K

So I calculate the capacitor values using proportions?

I´m in the same Trouble.
I applied the given formula but it doesn´t match, not even close.
I guess that the mistake is around the Cap value taken to calculate.

Work out your centre frequencies and then decide how much you want to sweep them.
