Hi, what color board and type of DCB1? There was embedded current mismatch in their Led references between sides by design in older board versions.

There is a way... The K170 that creates the 5 Leds bias current is located north of the vertical blue resistor next to the capacitor. One for each side.
Its middle pin is shorted to one of its side pins. For the brighter LEDs side K170 cut the little copper lane and change that short to its other side pin.
