Default Phantom power INA217

I am just finalizing mic preamp. I have not attempted to use my condenser mic because I have not wired a phanton power circuit. Texas instruments shown two capacitors blocking 48 Volts from the INA217. I have looked at a couple of other circuits that do no show this. Could someone please advise on capacitor selection? Effects of using higher or lower capacitance or Voltages? Thanks
