newbe need help with project

ok I'm new here I'm building sound board with 10 ch ok I have a m-audio pci card with 10 inputs and 10 outputs and I would like to build a board with 10 individual volume controls I would like to make it so it has at least 20db boost on every ch. I'v never attempted anything this advanced so I need some help

do you know how to draw a schematic for a single channel +20dB (10 times) line amplifier?

I dont, i know very little about this stuff thats why im here so pleas help me out and thanks for the input Andrew thats really all I need is a single channel 20 db line amplifier
