Hi stijena1973
FYI:
My triode model is able to mimic the small initial velocity current. But in electrometer tubes, there are also gridcurrents in the sub-nA-range of interest, where further effects play a role. This area is still uncovered by the known spice model approaches...
All the best, Adrian

Hi all:
Does anyone have a model of the 6ES8-ecc189 triode? I can't seem to find one anywhere.
Thanks,

There is not much on the topic in the internet. The only mention of the component currents I saw is in "Electrometer tubes, part 1" by Dolezalek. But if the curve is known from the datasheet, maybe some kind of a look-up table is possible?Hi stijena1973

6N21B model
Hi guys! In case anyone needs model for Russian 6N21B (6Н21Б) triode, here it is, created by myself using model paint tools:

Yes, that should be possible, with some restrictions:
1) it will not be a genetic approach
2) only valid for a given condition (as described in the datasheet for that specific graph)
All the best, Adrian
Yes, I understand.. I'll make one myself one day (CK5886).
Any suggestions which method /package to use?
The only Heptode model I know is from Derk Reefman. He posted a beta version of the ECH81 (heptode part) in the LTspice google group:Google Groups
I hope that may help you.

See Vacuum Tube SPICE ModelsHello, I did a search and could not find spice models for tube types RS1003. Anyone know of one for each of these? Thanks.
Very good,Thanks.
