Slow night. Good Fried Mushrooms, but not very filling. Fried cheese sticks were better.

DIPA is pretty good.

We went for a two week tour to Russia to say hello (and propably also goodby to old friends and relatives). During our stays in Ufa and Petersburg we noticed that were a lot of Russian craft beer out to be drunk.

Earlier this week I found my current favorite beans for Jim's Iced Cowboy Coffee: organic Mexican, dark French roast. Yum! On sale for six bucks a pound to boot. Even better after sittng in the fridge a coupla days...

No such thing if you never stop drinking. That's my way of beating the dreaded hangover.

What do I drink ?.
Pure water as it is, or after going through my espresso coffee machine.
Pure water because I'm not interested in drinking what comes out of the tap....fluoride, chlorine and who knows what else !.
I keep my coffee beans in the freezer and grind them immediately before making a cup.
I find the taste is much nicer, especially with organic beans.

Also the occasional beer or Aussie chewy red.
