and there are some similar. The guy gets some energy without conversion of energy of one form (light, potential, movement, heat, chemical, etc.)?
Opinions?
What about making it at large scale?

I haven't watched the video, but I can be quite certain that when energy conservation is found to be very slightly false it won't be on youtube. CERN, Fermilab or one of the several neutrino experiments maybe - but not youtube.
It is very hard to account for all energy flows in an apparatus.

Don't they get paid by google every time it's viewed?Yes, I feel the same. But, why?

"It will rotate for ever" = false.

It's other problem. I refer specifically to the apparent continuos rotation of the fan, moving air (Energy lost) and powering up the light (Idem) without any other source of power. Very skeptic in my case.
How did those magnets get magnetized?
Not necessary to account for that, the ring arrangement of constant repulsion/attraction/rotation does not work try it yourself.
Osvaldo - These people are not beyond just building a totally fake device with hidden batteries, things off camera, etc. Watch again carefully to the strobe effect from the fan as he turns the light off and on, there is not the slightest speed change in the fan with load.

Ah, well the fan has a motor attached conveniently

Can't do it for myself, but I'll take your word for it.

Surely, but it is supposed tha tis acting now as an alternator, and teh freeweeling diodes inside the electronic driver acting as rectifiers.
I don't think he's even thought it through that much.....as you say, he appears not even to have taken into account the air resistance of the fan, it's almost as if he has deliberately tried to find the very thing least likely to work!
I liked the comment that asked why he doesn't leave the bulb connected
