200W MOSFET CFA amp

Hi Dadod. I have not had big chunk of time for the layouts recently. I'm also attempting to put in some protection on the PCB so that one does not have to rely on an off-board protection. I for one don't have room in the chassis (already made) for a regulated OPS power supply/protection board.

Hi Nattawa,
Maybe you could look at this amp http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/216780-tt-amp-200w-8ohm-701w-2ohm-2.html#post3115503. It was never built in that configuration with capacitance multipliers(for OPS too) and all protection on the same board. It is combination of my TT amp and power supply regulator on the same PCB. You could use the cap multipliers part with protection and add that on your 200W CFA board.
I think that one pair of the power BJTs could be enough in the cap multipliers.

Here is the latest version.

Ready for inspection, I did not get any feedback on what more to add.

The Board is for "Testing and Development" it is not for use in the normal way. Here are some photos of how I will use the board and if anyone needs a similar Heat Sink, I have a few. I intend to use a small fan for high power testing when that part comes.

Please make what ever feedback statements that can improve the testing and development process. NOTHING is set in stone at this point.

Realy nice Chris. Maybe it is good idea to make more distance between Q6 heath sink and R37 heath sink, just in case if those heath sinks are bit bigger. I am really waiting to see this amp singing.

Hi Krisfr, perhaps rather trivial, but you seem to have two Q6's re component designations. One you have just moved, and another on the heatsink directly above.

Noted and corrected, Thanks for your eagle eyes, mine are about shot:D

What needs to be done to the 8 output device board to make it better? Anyone. It is not cast in stone, it can be remodeled, As much as I like the 4 device one, I really wanted to do the 8. My next iteration will probably be in Eagle if I can find it in compliance with my budget...there are some power supply boards that need to be done too.
