Here is the details of the shop I mentioned before. Drill bits of all sizes, hot air guns (Rs 350/-), MX crimper (Rs 300/-) and all kinds of tools. (Crowded and tiny shop.) Drill bits Rs 5/- a pieces (0.8mm, 1m I purchased).

Just came back from Lohar Chawl (Mumbai). Attaching the details of a
seller I found accidentally. Copper clad board and PCB making other materials. Wholesale shop. But gave me pieces of board (FR4, 35micron), around 1 sq, feet sizes. He has long sizes (2 and half to three feet) and about 2 and half to 4inch width boards. Will give in wholesale rate. You may give a try. Also has other things like silver solder etc (minimum 500gm). The shop looks unimpressive.

I paid Rs 225/- for 9inch x 12inch, FR4, 35micron glass epoxy. He showed me
copper clad aluminum board also. You can call up to find some more information.

The address in Mumbai (post number 760) I gave has copper foil, but it is of
no use for you I guess.

I think you can get it made in any Jewellery shop. Just take a print out and describe them.
Otherwise, it is very unlikely to find it in India.
