it's a lot easier to draw some of these designs than to build them

There's a slightly smaller and narrower trapezoidal design in the EL70 set that I have my eye on. It's a bit daunting to think about building!

If we exclude the uFonken, and maybe the not yet done dmMar-Ken6.2pT, there are 3 standardized (width/depth) trapezoid enclosures. The 4" drivers can fit in any, A10/FF165 in the wider 2, A12/FF225 only in the widest.
