I will be playing R&b,hip hop and pop music.

The next hard part is to find someone to fold it up for me.

Cut the HR layout in half(=112 cm internal height) and locate the terminus S4 at the bottom of the enclosure facing rotated 90 degrees (S4= a rectangular opening of 46 x 8.78 cm^2).

I calculated with a very narrow internal width of 46 cm and driver should be located at fitting snugly touching the bottom plate . The box external width would be at minimum~46 +2 x 1.8 cm= ~19.53".

I am not that smart when it comes on to maths be I will try to figure it out.

Thanks

How much more larger the box will be.

As large as necessary without screwing up the passband FR or phase, of course.

At first hand:I never sub-optimize speakers by chasing SPL or Power, actually in my world all other parameters involved comes first as being more important.

SPL and Power is simple: Just add more speakers...
