NMOS is correct ,,Most btj stepper will have unbalance -/+ when it triggers sometimes - or + side will get stuck ,,its better to make Class G rather than class H with BTJ's

chestap said there are two type of relays can use.
can u give the relay information of both relays and how many pins,.
other question is can i use black relay for h900 protect board and if u can give pin details to board.

Naz,
note both example relays are rated to 30Vdc.

A high power amplifier can easily exceed 30Vdc in fault condition.

but the relay pins should match pcb no use buying a relay and later find out
its pin do not coincide with pcb holes take the pcb and see if relay pins fit pcb

i know h900 protect board not fit to black relay, the 16a transparent relay is very expensive, black one is cheap, can i wire h900 board to black relay?
can u show me how to wiring of h900 board to black relay pins.
if its ok black relay for h900 i can edit h900 protection board .

H900 can be upgrade with 15mA VAS current for 3 step class H and add more outputs for more power. I will share upgrades when amp was tested.

in my h900 potect board when i power off after 2 seconds the relay is disconecting .
why is that?
i m using 16a relay 24v dc.

You have included a delay on loss of power.
I wonder if the same or similar delay is incorporated when fault current flows?

hi apex sir,
my h900 protection board is not working properly.
my protection light is not lighting when i power on,
i saw some power amps when the switch is on the protection light is lighting after one second the light is off.
is it working this way or no lighting on.
