If luvdunhill is unavailable to provide these, I think I can step in as I plan to purchase some to match for an F5...I just need to convince my director of finances (see: wife) to approve a substantial amount. A large batch involves a small fortune.

luvdunhill, let me know...

I can perhaps help in procurement. It doesn't make sense until I get to about 45 pairs, so I've been waiting. I agree a huge outlay of cash isn't all that fun. So, I'd like to keep it at 45 pairs. If we have more demand, then after these are matched, we can procure another group of approximately this size and go from there.

if it is static matching, then 2 point matching is tighter as it represents the curve better. Of course a single point match is better than none. And if the Tosh's are as consistent as they appear they may be then all will be VG...

I'm thinking of the case where 2 devices per rail are employed. For the 1 device per rail it's not quite as critical.

I'm not sure I can eek out 1.3 amps on my curve tracer(s), but i can check... think it is close.

I found that controlling the die temperature at matching was very important. I'd prefer a one point match at the target die temperature, than a curve at an unrealistic temperature.

All are sold, and all have shipped.

Are you going to do this again ?

I agree and better to match at actual V/I circuit usage. Buyers let me know if usage is for stock F5 or balanced F5 as in EUVL's circuit.

luvdunhill and I are working something out to provide the devices soon I hope...
